To obtain insight into the changes in spleen caused by repeated cocaine administration, we performed transcriptome analysis. Total RNAs from the control and cocaine groups (day 7) were subjected to DNA microarray analysis. Overall design: We analyzed spleen from 1 control rat and 1 cocaine-administered (50mg/kg, daily for 7days) using the ClariomS platform.
