Craigia yunnanensis. Craigia yunnanensis

Craigia yunnanensis is an endangered tree species, enlisted in the national Plant Species with Extremely small population (PSESP) of China for urgent protection. The chloroplast genome was characterized using next generation Illumina pair-end sequencing dataset. The aim of this study is get insight into phylogenetic relationship of Malvaceae family and conservation of this endangered species.
