收藏资源简介:
The zip files contains source data and code to reproduce analyses and figures presented in the manuscript entitled Induced zero-phase synchronization as a potential neural code for optimized visuomotor integration.Content:1) behavior.zipBehavioral analysis: Behavior_Data.txt contains all data (SmpEn and RMSE) to reproduce the separate linear mixed effects models (LME) described in the main manuscript's methods and results including Figures 2b and c, as well as in the related supplementary material Tables s2, s3, and Figure s11.Source code to perform the LME analyses is presented in Behavior_Analysis.R, all figures can be reproduced with the code presented in Behavior_Figures.R.The last section of Behavior_Analysis.R shows the computation of the behavioral covariates used in the Regression analysis.2) BOLD.zipBOLD activity analysis: The data matrices (given as separate tab-delimited text files) contain the beta values (small volume corrected) for the BOLD responses of the contrasts depicted in the box-and-whisker plots in Figure 3a, b, and c, which are reproducible with the plotBetas_SVCcorr.R script. In addition, data matrices and code (same script) are available for all clusters and contrasts listed in Table 1.3) PPI.zipFunctional connectivity (PPI) analysis: The data matrices (given as separate tab-delimited text files) contain the beta values (small volume corrected) for the PPI contrasts depicted in the box-and-whisker plots in Figure 4b and c, which are reproducible with the plotBetas_PPI_SVCcorr.R script.
4) regression.zipRegressions analyses: The source code in plotBetas_regression.R allows to reproduce the regression plots given in Figure 5 for stimulation-specific (tACS0˚ versus sham) BOLD signal and PPI differences, respectively using behavioral outcome (RMSE or SmpEn) or regional electrical field strength (eField) as covariates. All required data matrices (beta values for BOLD signal, PPI, behavior, eField strength) are provided as tab-delimited text files, which are called in the script.
