Gram reactivity of bacteria virulence factor effects for polymyxin

Research was to study the bacitracin effects as a polypeptide on prokaryote plants. The research question can bacitracin be used to differentiate Streptococcus pyogenes from other step bacteria with S. pyogenes being reactive to bacitracin and others resistant. The method involved using polymyxins with and without bacitracin for treatment of Gram-negative bacterial infections. This involved disintegration of bacterial cell membrane. The results showed the test differentiated and prevented infectants similar to the initial synopsis in plant. The detection of bacterial sepsis at the initial stage was challenging because of the nature of traits and difficulty in culturing infectiosn and lack of sufficient material. The polymyxins was not absorbed in the extracellular region of the plant. This was then supplied through the cytoplasm. It concluded the amount necessary for detection of Streptococcus pyogenes was between 0.5 μg/mL to 16 μg/mL. The polymyxins with bacitracin disrupted the dephosphorylaton of cell exterior of the membrane.
