Gene expression profile at single cell level from the colorectal cancer (CRC)

This study is part of MD Anderson Cancer Center CRC Moon Shot. We used single cell RNAsequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of CRC. Fresh colorectal cancer tissues and adjucent normal tissues from primary and liver/peritnoeum-Met patients were collected for scRNA-seq.
