This paper extends the canvas model from its 4-dimensional formulation (the geometric fields of spacetime) to the full 10-dimensional formulation that includes all structural fields—the fields that generate spacetime and determine its properties. The structural fields number exactly ten: four geometric fields (three space, one time), three gauge symmetry fields (SU(3), SU(2), U(1)), and three geometric property fields (dimension, angle, chirality). The 4D formulation (Paper I) includes only the geometric fields. The 10D formulation reveals new principles that were invisible in the lower-dimensional formulation, just as the 2D to 3+1D extension revealed gauge theory. We introduce four new concepts. First, property charge generalizes spatial charge to determine which properties a field possesses and whether those properties are exact or approximate. Second, the unified structural action governs all ten structural fields and their mutual intersections. Third, the hierarchy of thresholds determines the relative strengths of the fundamental interactions and explains why some symmetries are exact while others are broken. Fourth, inhabitant selection rules explain why matter fields feel the forces of nature without determining what those forces are. The paper synthesizes results from across the Emergence series, showing how the primitive ontology (Order, Amplitude, Acceleration, Polarity) manifests in the ten structural fields. It connects the canvas model to the critical dimension of superstring theory and provides a unified framework for understanding why physics has the structure it does. This paper is a conceptual synthesis, not a derivation. It works as a capstone for the series and as a bridge between the canvas model and the primitive ontology.
