Topics: Education and detailed information on occupational career; reading of technical literature; participation in distance learning courses as well as measures for further education outside of the company; attitude to distance learning courses and other further education events; interest in classroom studies; possible circle of persons and topics for classroom study; frequency of bilateral communication as well as participation in discussions and conferences with colleagues and superiors; personal influence on filling of positions directly subordinate; description of the leadership practices of one´s own superior and preferred personal leadership style (scales); further relatives in the company and family relations with company owners; distance to the city.
