Datasets of the paper: Phylogeny of dwarf geckos of the genus Lygodactylus (Gekkonidae) in the Western Indian Ocean

Includes sequence alignments in fasta format used for (1) single-gene phylogenetic inference based on ND2 and 16S genes, respectively, (2) multi-gene phylogenetic inference, and (3) single-locus species delimitation with ND2 and 16S, respectively, using the program ASAP. Also includes an Excel table with all sequences plus the relevant metadata, as well as the results (group.svg files) from ASAP species delimitation analyses. Furthermore, a ZIP file with original pictures of Lygodactylus specimens examined for life coloration is included.
