The MozzaVID dataset is a collection of synchrotron X-ray tomography scans of mozzarella microstructure, intended for volumetric model benchmarking and food structure analysis. The dataset is divided into three sizes: Large, Base, and Small, containing 37,824, 4,728, and 591 volumes respectively. It provides two classification granularities: 25 cheese types and 149 cheese samples. The dataset is formatted in WebDataset for streaming purposes.
