<strong>20-MONTH MONITORING OF </strong><strong>SARS-COV-2 IN WASTEWATER OF CURITIBA, IN SOUTHERN BRAZIL</strong>

This dataset includes the quantification of SARS-COV-2 in the wastewaters from Curitiba (Paraná State, Brazil), epidemiological data from the same city, and the R script used to perform the analysis. The article about the data and analysis were submited as an research article to the journal of Enviromental Science and Pollution Research. R scritps were atualized after a review in May 2023.
