Mehrperspektivität – ein Metakonzept für Modellpluralität, konnektivierende Theorienbildung und sozialinterventives Handeln in der Integrativen Supervision (1994a/2018) Multiperspectivity – a Metaconception for the Purality of Models, Connectionism of Theory, and Social Interventions in Integrative Supervision

Das Konzept der „Mehrperspektivität“ wird auf dem Hintergrund wissenschaftstheoretischer Überlegungen als ein Metakonzept für eine sozialwissenschaftlich begründete Interventionspraxis dargestellt. Dabei werden sozialökologische und kognitivistische Überlegungen herangezogen und die Fragen der Verbindung dieser beiden Diskurse diskutiert. Es wird das Konzept einer „metahermeneutischen Triplexreflexion“ entwickelt, die Beobachtung reflektiert (I), die diese Reflexion selbst in den Blick nimmt (II) und diese Ebene wiederum auf ihre Bedingung hin untersucht. Anhand einer institurionssupervisorischen Kasuistik wird demonstriert, wie modellkonnektivierendes Theoretisieren zu einer Fundierung supervisorischer Interventionspraxis beitragen kann. On the ground of epistemological reflections the concept of mulitperspektivity is presented as a metaconcept for a practice of interventions, based in the social sciences. Arguments are drawn from socioecological and cognitivistic reasoning and it is discoursed, how these two discurses could be amalgarnated. The modell of a hermeneutic triplex reflection is developed, that is reflecting the process of observation (I), reflects these reflections (II) and tries to find the basis of even this strategy of reasoning.
