In order to discuss the concentration, sources, sinks and radiative forcing of SF6 in the coastal China Seas, we reported concurrent measurements of SF<sub>6</sub> in atmosphere and seawater in the YRE (Yangtze River Estuary), YS (Yellow Sea), ECS (East China Sea), and SCS (South China Sea). This dataset contains the original data of SF<sub>6</sub> concentrations in atmosphere and seawater in the YRE, YS, ECS and SCS during 2019–2021.
