Monthly new cases of COVID-19 in Portugal and in CHUSJ.

The S5 File shows the amount of COVID-19 cases both nationally and at our hospital between December 2020 and September 2022. Regarding hospital cases, they are reported as the total number of positive cases in each month. As for the country-wide cases, they are reported as the total number of positive cases per month and the average number of positive cases per month. The graph corresponding to the national data is presented using the average (Fig 4B). (XLSX)
