Genomic data of marine heterotrophic flagellates from the Catalan Initiative for the Earth Biogenome Project

This project collects the genomic data generated for 3 species of heterotrophic flagellates to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Catalan Initiative for the Earth Biogenome Project (https://www.biogenoma.cat/ ). Sequenced species are the following: Caecitellus paraparvulus (HFCC71) - Bicosoecida (Stramenopiles) Caecitellus pseudoparvulus (RCC 1072) - Bicosoecida (Stramenopiles) Paraphysomonas bandaiensis (RCC383) - Chrysophyceae (Stramenopiles)
