Transcriptional response to TGF-beta receptor inhibtion with or without VEGFA stimulation ECs differentiated from engineered hPSC were treated with DMSO or TGF beta receptor inhibitors (RepSox or SB431542) with or without VEGFA for 8h or 48h. Cells were lyzed after treatment, RNA was isolated and library generated that was sequenced on Illumina platform.
