This dataset includes various stress factors measurement for biofilm and aquatic snails exposed to urban stressors. We first investigated the individual and conjugate effects of DDBAC and ALAN on biofilm. We looked at several descriptors such as photosynthetic efficiency, photosynthetic pigment quality and lipid profiles. In a second step, we tested the toxicity and the bioaccumulation potential of DDBAC on the gastropod species Lymnaea stagnalis . Finally, in a third step, we studied the bioamplification of the contaminant as well as the impact on fatty acids profile.
