Shaler Meteorological Station at Harvard Forest 1964-2002

Minimum air temperature, maximum air temperature, and 24-hour precipitation amounts were recorded daily at the Shaler Meteorological Station located 30 m southeast of the main headquarters building (Shaler Hall). Precipitation data were published in NOAA's Climatological Data: New England. The Shaler Met Station was replaced by the Fisher Met Station (dataset HF001) and discontinued on 30 June 2002.
