GCAD-Global v1.2 and Nature flagship analysis package: inverting the institutional filter of global industrial accident records (1970-2025)

Version v1.17: Nature flagship submission package (editorial pre-review, fourteenth pass - strict stop-slop pass). A second full pass with the stop-slop skill found no throat-clearing, emphasis crutches, business jargon, binary contrasts, negative listings, dramatic fragmentation, false agency or borrowed authority, and no em dashes outside the three official CRediT terms (the Reporting Summary dashes are table placeholders). It removed a discourse adverb ('Critically,'), restructured two Wh- openers in the prose (main text and cover letter), deleted a pull-quote closer, dropped three empty adverbs ('genuinely', 'certainly', 'near-totally'), and fixed a grammar slip ('stated as explicitly'). Remaining -ly words are technical or statistical (independently, monotonically, systematically, plausibly, empirically) and were kept. No number, citation, qualifier or argument changed; references remain first-appearance ordered 1-42; main text 2,472 words; abstract 187 words. Package otherwise matches v1.16.
