The files contain detailed descriptions, figures and summaries regarding FNTDC (functional non-tandem duplicated cluster) which are special gene clusters in T. durum svevo.Such clusters do not contain mere tandem copies of genes but consist in clusters of structurally different genes devoted to the same function (e.g. biosynthesis of a given metabolite) grouped by some still poorly known mechanisms in a close location in the genome
