Protein unit cells and associated Kurlin roots
收藏资源简介:
Single-file DuckDB table of 206,214 crystallographic PDB entries. Each row is one deposited conventional cell: PDB ID, a, b, c, α, β, γ, volume, space-group number and Hermann–Mauguin symbol, plus the six components of Kurlin’s (2022) sorted root invariant. Roots are computed on the primitive lattice (centred conventional cells are reduced using the lattice letter of the deposited symbol). Stored cell parameters and volumes remain the RCSB conventional values. Built from the RCSB Data API (holdings + GraphQL). Only identifier, unit cell, and space group were fetched — no coordinates, structure factors, or other archival content. Intended for nearest-neighbour and radius search in root-product space (Å), for example with the agentsg CellDatabase API. A small root distance means “same lattice for search,” not a proof of identity for every Voronoi type.
