Whole-genome sequencing reads of intestinal neoplasia and heads of Drosophila

Here, we perform whole-genome sequencing on dissected neoplasia that spontaneously arise in aged male intestinal stem cells of the Drosophila midgut. By comparing neoplastic genomes with the head of the same fly, we perform tumour normal analyses to identify somatic mutation in ISC genomes.
