miRNA expression profile and function analysis in psoriasis lesional skin and normal control of human

miRNAs have received much attention in the past several years. They have been proven to play important role in the biology of autoimmune and immune-related disorders (AID). To identify miRNAs specifically expressed in psoriasis, the expression of lncRNAs in biopsies obtained from patients with psoriasis were compared with biopsies obtained from healthy volunteers using a microarray. In this study, eight samples from patients with psoriasis and healthy volunteers were used to acquire the miRNA expression profiling and the function of the abudant miRNAs in the skin were analyzed by bioinformatic methods,finally, miR-145-5p and miR-320b were experimentally validated to play important roles in psoriasis.
