T cell receptor sequencing of C57BL/6 mice injected with human Parkinson's disease brain-extracted alpha synuclein fibrils

As part of the manuscript, Intestinal Macrophages Modulate Brain Synucleinopathy in Parkinsons disease, we test whether dural CD3 T cells could originate from the intestine. We injected human Parkinson's disease brain-extracted alpha synuclein fibrils and neurologically healthy control brain preparations into the muscularis externa (ME) of C57BL/6 mice. To confirm that T cells in the ME and brain were clonally related, and measure clonal expansion, we performed T cell receptor sequencing on ME, dura mater, striatum and hippocampus samples collected 10 days post-injection.
