Purpose: To identify the mechanism underlying reduced vitellogenin accumulation regulates the reproductive span, we used RNA-Seq analysis to study the transcriptional profiles Wild Type worms and vit-5 RNAi worms. Overall design: The transcriptional profiles of 5-day-old WT worms subjected to vit-5 RNAi to 5-day-old WT worms subjected to the control L4440 RNAi were generated by deep sequence , in triplicate , using Illumina Novaseq™ .
