Analysis of bacterial community diversity in the feces of control and GBM mice.

We collected feces from 10 mice four weeks after GBM cell transplantation and used feces from 10 normal mice as controls to analyze the diversity of bacterial communities. The analysis results showed that GBM and the control formed two distinct groups, and the feces of GBM mice had an increase in harmful bacteria.
