Environmental abundances of the non-native round goby Neogobius melanostomus influence feeding of native fish predators

Data on predator stomach contents from visual identification (VSCA) and DNA metabarcoding, as well as standardized catches of round goby in the study areas during five months with corresponding values for round goby abundances and proportions in predator stomach contents, and relative gut fullness of predators.
