Kynurenine engages Serotonin Receptor 1b in osteoblasts to reinforce Acute Myeloid Leukemia

We performed RNAseq analysis of primary human osteoblasts co-cultured with the human THP-1 AML cell-line and, in parallel, RNAseq analysis on the THP-1 AML cells exposed to the human primary osteoblasts. Overall design: 2 osteoblasts samples co-cultured with the human THP-1 AML cell-line were compared to 2 untreated osteoblasts samples to identify differentially expressed genes; 2 THP-1 AML samples exposed to the human primary osteoblasts were compared to 2 untreated THP-1 AML samples to identify differential expressed geens.
