Pre-built Neo4j graph database for the 1000 Genomes Project Phase 3 (3,202 samples, 26 sub-populations, 22 autosomes, ~70.7M variant nodes, 91,973 gene nodes, 2,241 Reactome pathways). Contains all variant nodes with pre-aggregated allele-count arrays, VEP consequence annotations, Reactome pathway edges, GO term annotations, and all computed statistics (diversity, Fst, SFS, iHS, XP-EHH, nSL, ROH, Garud H, genome scans). Ready to use with GraphPop CLI after loading with graphpop load.
