Agrobacterium tumefaciens mutant library was created using EZ-Tn5Tnp Transposome kit (Epicentre). Further, the mutants were analysed using sequencing and VirH1 and VirH2 mutants were selected. DNA from these two mutants were isolated and sequenced using Illumina High Throughput Sequencing PE150. The data was used to find the number of integration of transposon in the genome.
