Replication data and code for: When security becomes a barrier: digital caregivers and rating hijacking in a national mHealth application

Anonymised dataset and analysis code supporting the article "When security becomes a barrier: digital caregivers and rating hijacking in a national mHealth application" (revised submission, International Journal of Medical Informatics). The package contains 2,943 anonymised Google Play reviews of Türkiye's national appointment application (MHRS) posted between 1 January and 1 April 2026, sentiment labels from a researcher-reviewed rule-based pipeline (distributed in duygu_siniflandirma.py), second-coder reliability files, and typology codes for 466 sentiment–rating discordant cases. Coverage note: the retrieved stream is complete across star levels only on 23 February–7 March and 31 March–1 April; elsewhere it is almost exclusively five-star, the signature of relevance-ordered retrieval — see README.md and the article's Appendix A.6. Version 1.2 adds this coverage audit and rev_R1_analyses.py, which reproduces every statistic in the revised manuscript; analiz_kodu.py is retained as the record of the original submission. Usernames and personally identifying information were removed prior to deposit.
