Replication data for: Who Opts In? Composition Effects and Disappointment from Participation Payments

The code in this replication package constructs all tables and figures of this paper from the original datasources using Stata and matlab. One Stata master file runs all the code to generate all figures and tables in the paper and in the appendix that depend on the data. One matlab master file runs all the code to generate all figures and tables in the paper that rely on numeric simulations.
