One short trichome mutant (family known by multiple names, including R59C46, FN0175946, and FNMN0409) was identified in a soybean fast neutron population (known as VP02 in Bolon et al. 2011). An advanced line of this mutant was compared to its wild-type parent (M92-220-Long) using CGH to identify the causative region/gene associated with the short trichome phenotype. One sample was analyzed. The sample was compared to its wild type parent (M92-220-Long) using Agilent CGH arrays.
