Exacerbation of symptoms and altered oral micrbiota in functional constipation patients with subjective taste changes

This study aims to compare the functional constipation (FC) symptoms, mental health and oral microbiota between FC patients with and without taste changes, elucidating the vital role of taste changes in FC patients. In addition, we further explored the association among taste changes, FC symptoms, mental health and oral microbiota.
