Companion dataset for the paper "Headroom-Managed Load Admission for Grid-Forming Islanded Microgrids: Dispatch Design and Counterfactual Replay over a 109-Day Curtailment Campaign" (submitted to IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid). Contains per-day 1-min replay physics for 108 campaign days, the measured EV session library, every field-calibrated model constant, whole-campaign validation and policy replay outputs, the June-16 blackout stress test, the July-10 interventional epilogue (5-s), and all analysis/figure scripts.
