From Networks to Landscapes: Sampling and Topographic Visualisation of Continuous LONs - Code and Data

This repository contains the data and additional plots for the paper 'From Networks to Landscapes: Sampling and Topographic Visualisation of Continuous LONs'. The following files are included: algo_data.zip: performance data of CMA-ES, DA, DE, and PSO. code_data.zip: LON sampling code, correlations and features data for 5d functions. raw_data.zip: raw data of the LON for different sampling sampling for 2-dimensional and 5-dimensional BBOB functions Plot_2d.zip: LON plots for all 2d functions Plot_5d.zip: LON plots with multidimensional scaling plots for functions with more than 30 nodes in the LON.
