Census of Population and Housing, 1970: School District Data, Count 1, New York

<p>The school district/First County summary data project was developed by the Census Bureau under the sponsorship of and in cooperation with the Office of Education to provide 1970 decennial census data corresponding to school district boundaries. The school districts included in this project are those with enrollments of more than 300 students; all districts with enrollments of less than 3000 in the Elementary and Secondary Education General Information Survey (ELSEGIS) sample of districts; all districts in the states of Illinois, Kansas, and New York with enrollments of less than 300; and school administrative units in 20 large districts in 16 states. Summary tables include counts of all persons and households, aggregate housing values and characteristics, and family and household characteristics.</p>
