This dataset is generated during the certification and operational phases of a hospital’s chest pain center, covering the entire care continuum from emergency ambulance, emergency department, cardiology ward to post-discharge follow-up. It encompasses data including pre-hospital electrocardiogram (ECG) reports, in-hospital examination panels, imaging study results, emergency PCI operative records, and post-admission patient statuses. This is a cross-system heterogeneous data integration solution tailored for the whole-course management of chest pain patients. Its applicable business scenarios cover quality control management and clinical decision-making for chest pain centers. This dataset can empower AI platforms to perform rapid differential diagnosis of acute chest pain (including Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), pulmonary embolism, aortic dissection, and other similar conditions), optimize diagnostic and treatment workflows, enhance rescue efficiency, and improve long-term patient outcomes.
