We studied gene expression changes in the transcriptome of RAW264.7 cells treated with extracts of Zn-0.8Li alloys Gyroid scaffolds for 48 hours and compared them to RAW264.7 (control) without the addition of extracts. The aim of this study was to determine the regulation of macrophage inflammatory responses by ions released from Gyroid scaffolds. To investigate the effect of degradable Zn-0.8Li Gyroid scaffolds on RAW264.7 cells, we collected extracts of Gyroid scaffolds. Then, we co-cultured RAW264.7 cells using the extract for 48 h. Cells without added extract were the control group, and total cellular RNA was collected for gene expression profiling using RNA-seq data.
