sorghum leaf tip images and annotations

sorghum_leaf_tip_pixel.csvThe annotation of leaf tips file in tab separated csv format includes leaf tip coordinates and leaf tip types in each sorghum image.1st column: image filename. Taking '717-282-CM001_2017-07-26_04-51-14_Vis_SV_108.jpg' as an example, '717-282-CM001' is the plant identifier in the greenhouse; '2017-07-26' is the imaging date following yyyy-mm-dd format; '04-51-14' is the imaging time in hh-mm-ss format; 'Vis_SV_108' indicates the image was photographed in the viewing angle of 108.2nd column: the genotype name.3rd column: number of intact leaf tips4th column: number of damaged or cut leaf tips5th column: number of invisible leaf tips due to occlusions6th column: the coordinates for intact and damaged leaf tips. this data can be loaded as a python dict using json.loads function.sorghum_leaf_tip_pixel.tarAll 5,554 sorghum images emerged in the annotation csv file.
