Sequencing of intestinal microbiota in the rectal administration of different drugs

This study investigated whether treatment with HA-IGF-1C nanocomposite influences the diversity and composition of the gut microbiota in colitis mice. All groups of fecal 16S ribosomal RNA gene V3-V4 region sequencing, including the 5-ASA positive control group and PBS negative control group, together with the HA, HA-IGF-1C and WT groups were analyzed.
