Replication Package for Monocular Markerless Motion Capture for Concept-Stage Human-Factors Evaluation of an IVD Sample-Loading Unit

This replication package supports the manuscript entitled “Monocular Markerless Motion Capture for Concept-Stage Human-Factors Evaluation of an IVD Sample-Loading Unit”. The archive contains anonymized derived data, OpenCap-derived marker trajectory outputs, Python and R analysis scripts, AHP weights, RULA-oriented posture-risk screening outputs, AHP–RULA internal consistency analysis outputs, quality-control records, data dictionaries, provenance records, and checksum information. The package is intended to support independent review of the data-processing workflow and reported numerical results. The main derived datasets include sagittal-plane joint-angle summaries for Scenario 1 and Scenario 2, RULA-oriented screening scores, AHP–RULA long-format data, subject-level consistency outputs, and a linear mixed-effects model summary. Scenario 1 contains 25 records. Scenario 2 contains 22 usable records; P04, P06, and P11 are documented as missing because their videos could not be uploaded to the OpenCap cloud. Raw videos, signed consent forms, directly identifiable participant information, and original manufacturer engineering records are not included because of privacy, ethical, and commercial confidentiality restrictions. The shared files are provided for research verification and should not be interpreted as final usability validation of a mature medical device.
