RNAseq analysis of LU65 parental and cells that have acquired resistance to RMC-4998

To investigate the transcriptinal alterations in RMC-4998 sensitive LU65 cells and cells that have acquired resistance to RMC-4998. The resistant cell lines of LU65 was generated following chronic treatment with RMC-4998. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of parental and resistant lines. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for LU65 cells and their RMC-4998 resistant isogenic line. The experiment was perfomed in biological triplicates.
