Supporting data and code for "Performance and Blockchain Readiness of a State-Mandated Construction Document Management Platform: Evidence from Kazakhstan's eQurylys"

Supporting materials for the article submitted to Buildings (MDPI). The deposit contains the reproducible analysis script, the codebook for the preliminary six-category rejection classification, record-flow documentation, the blank questionnaire instrument, and de-identified aggregated data reproducing every statistic reported in the article. The study analyses 1,673 electronic records from two public school construction projects on Kazakhstan's state-mandated eQurylys construction document management platform. Direct personal identifiers were removed from the exported spreadsheets before any processing; the deposit contains no personal names, identification numbers, organisation names, contract values or financial data. Raw record-level exports are not distributed, as access to the operational records was authorised by the project owners for the purposes of this study only.
