Lumber and other supplies can be seen strewn across the roof. Palm trees can be seen amongst other buildings in the background. The buildings are built on a hill in the left background. Photoprint reads, "B. Marcus Priteca, Architect. S. M.(?) Sonnichsen, Associate. [...]Lapson[...] Co. Contractors. [...] 1929".
