Code and data for "Structural control of two-level defect density revealed by high-throughput correlative measurements of Josephson junctions"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the raw data for the paper: "Structural control of two-level defect density revealed by high-throughput correlative measurements of Josephson junctions." Analysis code is contained in the linked Github repository. Measurement data can be prepared by unzipping the `tlsinjj_2025_rfmsmt_data` file and extracting it into the `analysis` directory in the attached zipped GitHub repository. Running `python3 load_and_consolidate_data` will process the data for analysis, and write all the processed data to `csv_data/`. All of the detection is done in the folders: `fab2batch2_analysis` `c6d2_analysis` `c6d1_analysis` `c5d1_analysis` `c4d3_analysis` Note that resonator 4 was not used as part of the recorded analysis in `c4d3_analysis` because the junctions were of a different size than all other resonators. Measurement data can be prepared by unzipping the `tlsinjj_2025_STEM_data` file and extracting it into the `analysis` directory in the attached zipped GitHub repository. Running `electrode_stats.ipynb` and `junction_stats.ipynb` with the path specifying the device folder in the unzipped file will process the segmented images to calculate morphological statistics.
