Supplementary Data to manuscript "Frequent and Varied Recurrent Sequence Evolution After Gene Duplication" (submitted 2019).Contains 2883 eukaryotic protein families (defined with PANTHER profiles), total collection is about 1.9G after unzipping.
For each, we provide the multiple sequence alignment and annotation files that come out of our pipeline (view these using Jalview).We also provide a table with the P- and ZF-scores and the obtained duplication- and fate-clusters.See ReadMe.txt for more info.
