MERFISH.zip

A zipped file containing all MERFISH data used in the paper. Each folder represents brain MERFISH data from a single mouse at a specific location relative to bregma. Folder names follow the format: <code>experimentID_mouse_genotype[_brainlevel]</code>. Folders ending in <code>53</code> or <code>68</code> correspond to brain sections at bregma +0.145 mm and bregma -1.355 mm, respectively. All other folders correspond to sections at bregma +1.045 mm.Each folder contains files starting with the following prefixes:<code>cell.by.gene</code> or <code>cell_by_gene</code>: digital gene expression matrix with genes as columns, cells as rows, and gene counts as values;<code>cell.metadata</code> or <code>cell_metadata</code>: cell metadata file;<code>CLA.1.cell.IDs</code> and/or <code>CLA.2.cell.IDs</code>: list of claustro-insular cell IDs.MD5 checksum of the zipped file: <code>3ee0f01e8e7b47add35d9d6c4361dd18</code>
