资源简介:
Bone health and healing are key in modern medicine. Bone Morphogenetic Proteins (BMPs) help turn mesenchymal cells into osteoblasts and promote bone formation. Our article, "Exploring Osteogenic Gene Variants in Delayed Bone Healing," examines BMP and RUNX2 genes' roles in bone healing. We found new mutations in BMP6 and RUNX2 that may improve diagnostics and treatments for bone healing issues, suggesting potential for targeted gene therapies to enhance bone repair. This research enriches the existing knowledge by potentially offering targeted gene therapies to improve bone repair outcomes.
