Three dozen men stand or sit in three rows and most of the men have ribbons pinned to their suit jackets. The title is in a caption box at the bottom The photo has some abrasions at the lower left and the matte has a torn, but attached piece at the lower left and edge rubbing, but the condition is good overall.
