Capture-C MPRA: A high-throughput method to simultaneously characterize promoter interactions and regulatory activity

CMPRA5_0.tsv.gz is the Capture-C MPRA processed file containing: MPRA logFC, associated p-value (BH-adjusted), bin coordinates, target genes, effect classification (upregulating = enhancers, downregulating = silencers), promoter and OE bin indicating which of the bins is the promoter bin and which the other end (OE), and a z-score reflecting the normalized activity of the interaction w.r.t the activity of the non-interacting promoter. CHiC_CHiCAGO_5kb_le20mb.ibed is the ibed file created by CHiCAGO (Cairns et al., 2016), excluding all interactions with a distance > 20mb. CMPRA5_significant_browsertrack.inter.bed is the browser track file of all significant ccMPRA interactions which can be used to display the interactions using a genome browser.
